Really.. stop buying this stuff! Can’t have it in the house!
Danielle and Matt keep buying it and I have no will power to not eat it.
Had a Nutella sandwich for a late night snack. Considered a 2nd.

Had Sushi with Danielle, Mason, Hayden and Liana at Miyako for dinner.
Instead of my usual combo I had the following.
- Miso Soup
- Rock and Roll - Tuna and shrimp in Soybean Paper
- 1 each of crab, salmon, tuna, eel
Not too bad. But keep reading..

German cake that was just sitting in the break room.
WHY?? No reason.
I had 1/2 a piece.

I wasn’t going to eat meat but gave in to a Tuna sandwich on wheat with provolone. Also got a bag of green sun chips.

Had Shrimp ramen with small shrimp inside the soup. I feel sick now from totally overeating crap after 5PM..
